How it works
The Fresh Laundry Company offers a laundry and ironing service direct to your door. Place an order on the site, we'll collect your laundry and return it fresh and gorgeous within 48 hours or even the next day if you use our fast service.
How we work our magic on your laundry! We want you to be absolutely confident in our services - so here's a little run through on how The Fresh Laundry Company does its thing!
1. Place an order
Choose a service - and select how many items or how much washing you'd like us to do.
Then choose a day and time you'd like us to come and collect. Please note, if you select Monday on a Monday - we'll come and collect the Monday next for all standard washes and ironing. If you'd like same day pick-up - use the Next Day service.
Go through to the checkout and place your order.
2. Pay now or upon collection
You can pay for your washing and ironing online - or in person when we come to collect your laundry. You can use cash or a credit/debit card.
3. Check your emails
We'll confirm your order and let you know when our team are popping over to collect your things - including the name and registration of our operative. Make sure you keep your order number safe!
4. Collection & Pre-care
We'll pop you a text to check you're in! if you are - our team will come to your house and collect your things. We'll exchange your baskets for our bags. Don't worry about weighing your washing - we'll do it later at our facility.
We'll also have a chat with you about your washing - and note down any special requirements.
5. To the cleaners!
We whisk your laundry away to our team of cleaners and ironing gurus. This is where the magic happens.
In Manchester, our depot is in Sale.
6. Drop off
We'll text you when your items are ready - and an approximate delivery time. If using our standard service this will be in 48 hours. For our next day services, no prizes for guessing this is a 24 hour turnaround!
We'll give you a ring when we're on the way. If you're not in - we can rearrange or leave with a neighbour.
